You are able to launch your program immediately using our self-service platform. For support with strategy and hands-on enrollment we can typically launch your program within 2-3 weeks, depending on your organization's needs.
There is no minimum commitment for our On-Demand Talent Insurance option. For Enterprise solutions, we require a minimum of 100 enrolled employees.
Yes, you can offer both coaching levels. We recommend enrolling the vast majority of your employees in Professional coaching, reserving Executive coaching for a select few in top leadership positions.
We maintain quality through rigorous coach selection, ongoing training, and regular performance evaluations based on client feedback.
